Alesco 700 is an induction heater, which implies that it creates a magnetic field, which in turn generates heat in the material.
By supplying the heat without a flame or heated tools, you can apply heat next to thermally sensitive material or merely heat a section without heating other adjacent material. All metal parts can be safely, easily and accurately heated with the machine.
The Alesco 700 is suitable for heating nuts, bolts on suspension and steering as well as hinges and cotters in all types of vehicles.
The Alesco 700 can be used anywhere a gas flame is used for heating metal. It works on all types of metal even aluminium and copper. Alesco induction heaters are used in garages and workshops worldwide.
The Alesco 700 is equipped with a 20 litre internal watertank. The water is used to cool various parts of the unit. The unit will cool down the water to the ambient temperature.
