Alesco 3000 is an induction heater, which implies that it creates a magnetic field, which in turn generates heat in the material.
With Alesco 3000 , you can heat mechanical parts in a really unique way. The heat is created within the material and is a good deal more efficient than gas. By supplying the heat without a flame or heated tools, you can apply heat next to thermally sensitive material or merely heat a section without heating other adjacent material. Heat is created when the magnetic field changes direction directly in the material to be heated. In addition, induction heat penetrates the material and does not simply warm the surface.
Alesco 3000 can be used anywhere where you wish to heat metals. For hot straightening, Alesco 3000 can be used on materials with thickness of up to 10-40mm and for thermal loosening of screw unions and cotters, the effect often suffices for dimensions up to 100mm.
