Aluminio 250 Synergic Inverter Technology Aluminio 250 is controlled by a powerful microprocessor, thanks to the wire speed change, automatically sets the welding parameters. The operator shall only select metal and and wire diameter. Synergy may be cut out (manual setting) in order to freely manage all welding parameters. The Aluminio 250 features: 11 preset programs allow the operator to weld all types of the most common metals such as: Aluminium-Silicium, Aluminium-Magnesium, common steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and self-shielded wire welding without protective gas for steel. Three different types of torch with Euro connection. Standard torch suggested for solid steel welding wires, titanium steel wires, stainless steel wires and self-shielded no gas wires. Spool gun torch with synergy regulation device on handle, necessary for Silicium (Si)/Magnesium (Mg) -aluminium wires. Torch with synergy regulation device on handle, suggested for CuSi3 brazing and welding wire to weld galvanized metal sheets. Timer for one side welding on overlapped metal sheets. Continuous regulation of electronic inductor: it allows, maintaining the same welding current, to change welding penetration and to considerably reduce spatters. Faults check control during switching on. Primary cable with Schuko plug 2,0m. Instruction manual. Trolley (optional) usefull to carry the equipment together with its gas bottle and all its accessories.
